Karen is charismatic character with a good funny bone who knows how to work hard whilst enjoying the smaller things in life. After a long busy day at work, she treats herself to one or two (or more) pieces of chocolate, a childhood favourite treat that was always hard to get. Making it all the more special when she has it now!
